1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a hoot51 account or using any service on the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with hoot51 under these Terms & Conditions. 2 Eligibility
To use hoot51, you must meet all of the following conditions:

- You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not self-excluded from gaming platforms, including hoot51.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming.
hoot51 may request proof of age and identity at any time. If we determine that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, your account may be suspended or closed and any wagers may be voided.
3 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your hoot51 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during registration or KYC verification.

Only one account is allowed per person. Opening multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity – is a breach of these terms. hoot51 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and review related balances and transactions.
4 Deposits, Balances & Currency
All funds on hoot51 are held and displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). There is no conversion to foreign currencies. Deposits can be made through supported Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallet options available on the platform.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is not allowed. Deposited funds are available for play across Live Casino, Sports, Game Lobby, and Bingo under the same account balance.
hoot51 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as methods for depositing funds intended for wagering. Always deposit only what you are prepared to spend on entertainment.
5 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your hoot51 account at any time, subject to identity verification and the standard review process. Your first withdrawal requires KYC completion. After verification is approved, future withdrawals follow the normal request and OTP confirmation flow.

hoot51 may delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is a suspected breach of these terms, incomplete verification, or a need to investigate unusual account activity. You will be notified if additional information is required.
6 Games, Bets & Fair Play
hoot51 offers Live Casino games, slots and other titles in the Game Lobby, Sports betting, and eBingo. Each game or market has its own rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a stake or joining a session, you accept those game-specific rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or place bets
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Abuse of promotional offers – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other form of bonus abuse – may result in the bonus being cancelled, winnings related to that bonus being voided, and the account being restricted or closed.
hoot51 may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
8 Responsible Gaming
hoot51 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that let you set spending limits, apply cooling-off periods, and request self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on hoot51 – including the logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, and software – belongs to hoot51 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Game content provided by third-party suppliers remains the property of those suppliers and is used under licence. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or software.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
hoot51 may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons. You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting support.
Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to verification and the completion of any outstanding reviews. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or other breaches may be withheld.
11 Limitation of Liability
hoot51 provides the platform on an “as available” basis. While we work to keep the site running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or that every feature will always be available. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, and third-party service interruptions may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoot51 is not liable for losses arising from:
- Your own decisions to stake funds on games or bets
- Unauthorised access to your account caused by shared or weak credentials
- Interruptions due to your internet connection, device, or network provider
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Changes to These Terms
hoot51 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment methods, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of hoot51 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
